wherever it crawls it leaves devastation behind

trees, animals, mountains: everything gets swallowed by the machine

like a nightmarish hybrid with elements of a factory, a giant harvester and a tank

as soon as the machine has reached a new spot to harvest, the body is lowered so it can devour the landscape

sometimes it simply sucks everything up like a giant vacuum cleaner

sometimes it just crushes everything letting its body fall on the ground



wherever it crawls it leaves devastation behind

only a barren wasteland remains

now a grotesque mixture of maize monoculture and blood

that reaches beyond the horizon

the most bizarre thing about the machine is not the machine itself

but the reactions of human beings towards it:

despite the size and destructive effects of the machine,

most people can't see it

and some of those who can see it, deny its existence, pretending everything was fine

others claim it to be a natural phenomenon, that can't be stopped

only a few understand and try to stop the machine with all means necessary
